WHAT YOU WILL DO


We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join the APAC Revenue team in Korea and contribute to our company's continuous growth. Your main responsibilities will include: 

  • Partnerships Management
    • Build and maintain solid relationships with industry stakeholders ;
    • Identify and establish direct relationships with prospects and agencies within the targeted markets to expand Adikteev’s portfolio ;
    • Identify new opportunities within partners’ client portfolios ;
    • Manage partnership platforms (Reveal, Crossbeam) ;
    • Reach out to partners to exchange leads ;
    • Set up and organize partner events with the marketing event team (e.g., VIP dinners) ;
    • Organize regular sync meetings with the marketing team to align on market trends and lead generation strategy.
  • Lead Sourcing & Enrichment
    • Identify and link more contacts to existing accounts for better communication and increased footprint ;
    • Identify and map the most interesting leads ;
    • Leverage your network to create leads ;
    • Qualify inbound leads ;
    • Support the sales team in unlocking blocked leads with your expertise and network.
  • Marketing Support
    • Assist in defining the quarterly content strategy for marketing ;
    • Participate in the development of event strategies.


★ WHO YOU ARE

You will be a good fit to join the Revenue team at Adikteev if you have :

  • 5 to 10 years of proven experience in business development or sales on the Korean, Japanese, and/or Chinese markets, preferably within the mobile app industry ;
  • Proven experience in performance-based marketing, particularly in the mobile app industry, and a strong network ;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ;
  • Ability to handle challenging targets and deliver results across all mobile app verticals ;
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans effectively ;
  • Experience managing partnerships and key account relationships ;
  • Proven ability to structure, negotiate, and maintain significant and complex strategic relationships ;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese. Korean and/or Japanese communication skills would be a strong plus.

  • Business case to be completed remotely followed by a presentation to Nadya and John, Country Manager
  • Final interview with Emilien, Co-Founder and Chief Growth Office, and Taoufik, Chief Revenue Officer
