WHAT YOU WILL DO


We are looking for a Senior Media Buyer to drive out user acquisition efforts, manage and optimize media buying strategies and analyse performance data to extract actionnable insights.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns to drive app installs and user engagement.
  • Manage media budgets, negotiate deals with ad networks, and make real-time bidding decisions to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Use SQL to query datables and extract meaningful insights from large datasets, such as auction, bid and winlogs.
  • Analyse campaigns performance metrics to identify trends, measures success and inform strategy.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns by adjusting bids, creative assets, targeting, and other variables to improve ROI.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including machine learning, marketing, product, and analytics to align ad strategies with business objectives.
  • Generate and present detailed performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, learnings, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct market research to stay on top of the latest trends in media buying, app retargeting and user acquisition.


★ WHO YOU ARE

You will be a good fit to join Adikteev if you:

  • Bring 3 to 5+ years of experience in media trading or digital marketing with a strong focus on user acquisition for mobile apps.
  • Have a proven track-record in managing significant media budgets and optimizing spend for maximum efficiency.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in advanced SQL techniques for data analysis and reporting.
  • Possess hands-on experience with programmatic buying tools.
  • Excel in analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Apply creative problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
  • Communicate complex data clearly and concisely, demonstrating strong presentation skills.
  • Act proactively and independently, with the ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Showcase excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French or any other language is a plus.
Please note that, for legal reasons, candidates are required to hold European citizenship and maintain legal residency in France in order to be considered for this position.
