OUR NEED - WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR


We are looking for a Product Owner to join the Product team to contribute to our company's continuous growth.


The mission is to drive feature development according to:

  • The company strategy
  • Users needs
  • Developers capacity/velocity

It also includes a fluid collaboration with UI Designers, Business owners and Product Analysts to make decisions using their expert insights.


YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Write accurate specifications for one Scrum team accordingly to product strategy
  • Make sure that all UI content is ready for the Scrum team when they need so
  • Keep your backlog sorted by priority and make sure sprint planning respects the defined order of importance
  • Keep a close relationship with Engineering team to build trust and improve velocity
  • Make sure all teams at Adikteev understand well what is in progress and delivered in the Scrum team
  • Participate in user support for all questions popping up about product features

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • Masters degree or equivalent self-education, preferably in Engineering
  • Great communication skills, ability to bring ideas and federate
  • Flexible, curious and quick learner
  • Result oriented, tech sensitive, data centric
  • Scrum knowledge, Agility at scale is a plus
  • Fluent in English
