★ WHAT YOU WILL DO

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer who is passionate about building impactful solutions and thrives in a collaborative environment. If you enjoy solving complex challenges, sharing knowledge, and making a difference with data, we encourage you to apply.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Drive and deliver R&D initiatives planned in the company strategy and regularly report progress to the company management

• Collaborate with the Engineering team to maintain and improve ML learning systems in production

• Hire, manage and coach members of the Machine Learning team

• Contribute to the definition of the product roadmap based on your own experience and expertise

★ WHO YOU ARE

You could be a great addition to our Machine Learning team if you recognize yourself in several of the following areas:

• Academics

  • Possess a strong theoretical background in statistics, probability, or optimization.

  • Hold an advanced degree. A PhD is a plus, but not mandatory : we care about how you reason, not your diploma.

• Experience

  • Possessed 5+ years of hands-on experience in building ML models in production environments

  • Have owned real-world ML systems that run at scale, not just notebooks or offline studies.

  • Experience in AdTech, recommender systems, or bidding environments is a strong plus.

• Engineering & infrastructure

  • You write clean, maintainable, production-quality Python, with a strong grasp of testing, typing, CI/CD.

  • You are comfortable working with distributed data pipelines and large-scale systems (e.g. Spark, Airflow, AWS).

  • You know your way around real data: skew, leakage, drift, missingness, latency bugs (and how to debug them)

• Modeling & Applied Machine Learning

  • You have a deep understanding of probabilistic modeling, model evaluation, generalization, and calibration.

  • You are comfortable with classical tabular ML (logistic regression, tree-based models, survival models…).

  • Experience with representation learning, embeddings, or deep architectures is a plus, especially when driven by clear use cases, not hype.

  • You are curious and keep an eye on recent ML papers, and you enjoy translating academic ideas into production constraints.
