We are seeking for our Paris office an experienced Lead Product Manager to drive the product management team and be personally in charge of the Campaign Performance roadmap.

  • Set the product vision and roadmap for the Campaign Performance team in line with the company strategy
  • Design specifications for product features, collaborate with Engineering team members to deliver them and make sure they meet the expected quality standards
  • Build documentation and training material for platform users in order to increase the adoption of new features
  • Manage and coach Product Managers and Product Designers


You will be a good fit for the Product team at Adikteev if you:

  • Demonstrate analytical skills - query, process and draw insightful conclusions of data of all sorts and of all structures (dashboards, databases, log files, etc.) ; 
  • Show collective problem-solving skills - being able to optimize business KPIs by ideating, designing and validating solutions collaboratively and iteratively ;
  • Can speak and write English clearly and articulately (C1 level and above), to build relationships with stakeholders of all levels;
  • Are an organization expert - being able to keep the focus on key priorities and organize time in order to get things done quick and well ;
  • Enjoy working together with a team and explain the vision behind your solutions ;
  • Are a true leader - setting high standards for the team leading by example and spreading the best practices ;
  • Have 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager on data-driven products or services (Adtech or Performance Advertising experience is preferred)
