WHAT TEAM YOU’LL BE PART OF

You will be part of Adikteev's Corporate team which is the global backbone of the company that covers Finance, HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and Operations. This is the team that makes the engine run smoothly across all four offices (Paris, Barcelona, San Francisco & Seoul).

Locally, you will be part of  the Seoul office which is Adikteev's APAC hub and work alongside a small, tight-knit team of 9 people and will report directly to John, our Country Manager.

This dual dynamic is what makes this role unique: you will have the structure and resources of a global corporate team behind you, while also enjoying the autonomy, visibility, and impact that come from being the go-to person in a small but growing office.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As Junior HR & Office Manager, you are the operational backbone of our Seoul office and the go-to person for everything that keeps our APAC team happy, productive, and compliant.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Office Operations

    • Manage relationships with service providers, suppliers, and overhead contracts to ensure cost-effective, seamless operations

    • Keep the office stocked and functional: drinks, snacks, office supplies inventory, and IT equipment

    • Handle daily mail and parcel operations

  • HR & People Operations

    • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for Seoul and APAC based employees on all operational matters: benefits administration, leave management, training coordination, and HR updates

    • Coordinate payroll operations with our accounting partner and Country Manager, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery

    • Support HR process improvement initiatives

  • Finance Operations

    • Serve as primary Finance contact for external accountants and banks (invoicing, tax, etc.)

    • Support Finance process improvement initiatives

  • Events & Culture

    • Organize and animate internal events for the APAC team: team-building activities, local offsites, and everything that makes the Adikteam feel like a team

    • Drive CSR initiatives locally in alignment with Adikteev's global CSR commitments, in close coordination with EMEA and US counterparts.

WHO YOU ARE

You will be a good fit to join our Corporate and APAC team at Adikteev if you:

  • Have 1+ years of experience in office management, HR operations, or a related role

  • Possess strong organizational skills: you can juggle multiple priorities at the same time

  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication in Korean AND English (our working language)

  • Have a proactive, problem-solving mindset

  • Show genuine care for people and a natural ability to create a welcoming, positive workplace

  • Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with colleagues across time zones

Please note that, for legal reasons, candidates are required to hold Korean citizenship and/or maintain residency in South Korea in order to be considered for this position.
