Job description


We are looking for a Head of Account Management, Americas to join the Revenue team and take the lead of our Client Partners + Account Coordinators.

Your main responsibilities will include the coaching and management of our Account Management team, ensuring highest standards regarding our client service quality in order to maintain a strong growth trend.


  • Define efficient internal process to strengthen and fasten our client services
  • Support sales team on complex topics to unlock key opportunities
  • Define service playbook and training to ensure the highest service quality for our clients and ensure consistent growth across all accounts your team is in charge of
  • As team leader and Comex members’ point of contact, you are responsible for communicating and reporting on the company current activities, projections, and any associated post-mortems
  • You are also in charge of building and delivering the strategy and the budget of your department
  • You are accountable for staffing, managing and coaching your teams to ensure your department continuously offers the highest service quality possible


  • Excellent capabilities to execute upsell and cross-sell strategies to unlock business opportunities
  • Curious about technology and customer relationship management
  • Player-coach skillset to manage your team positively and efficiently
  • Experienced in managing managers and coaching for excellence
  • Excellent project management & goal setting skills
  • Strong decision maker, business oriented and ROI oriented
  • Advanced presentation, data analysis and visualization skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Tableau software, Office pack (excel, ppt…) and curious to learn other tools usage
