WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead Backend and Data Engineers in direct management (1:1, growth, career path, tech lead, architecture ...)

  • Manage & organize our Campaigns performance team & projects

  • Act as a coach to help people in your team grow and implement our values

  • Determine and address the need for training and people development

  • Serve as the team's gatekeeper.

  • Set up and develop good team practices

  • Facilitate Tech Team's decisions and ensure their successful implementation

  • Facilitate the synchronization inside your teal, between the different teams of the Tech department, and with other managers

  • Collaborate closely with managers, Product Managers, Project Manager and be available to support other teams if needed

  • Actively participate and lead the recruitment efforts for the Tech team

  • Onboard newcomers


WHO YOU ARE

  • You will be a good fit for the Engineering team at Adikteev if you have:

  • Proven track record as a backend or data developer for several years

  • At least one management experience that can be confirmed by a referral

  • Strong Software engineering culture

  • Hands-on experience (Golang, NodeJs, coding every days)

  • Experience with production and incident management

  • Strong Experience in software architecture (event driven, micro-service, scaling, design patterns…)

  • Very good interpersonal skills: listen, be open-minded, be inclusive

  • Experience in assessing people's skills

  • Be a good communicator: Argue, convince, onboard

  • Give and receive feedbacks

It’s a plus if you have:

  • An expertise on AWS

  • Experience of a data driven product/company

  • Experience of Adtech business

  • Experience in hiring strong engineers and helping people grow long-term
