OUR NEED - WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Engineering Manager to join the Engineering  team to contribute to our company's continuous growth.



YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead Engineers from different teams in direct management (1: 1, growth, career path, ...)

  • Grow and coach the people you manage in a way that respect our values

  • Determining the need for training and people development

  • Protect the teams and the people (from outside and inside)

  • Set up and develop teams practices

  • Facilitate Tech Team's decisions and ensure their implementation

  • Facilitate the synchronization inside, between the teams and with other managers

  • Collaborate closely with team leads, Product Owners and be available to support other teams if needed

  • Organize, lead and make the decision for the recruitments

  • Onboard newcomers


Requirements

  • Must have :

  • It’s a plus :
    • Be a good communicator

    • Have an expertise on AWS

    • Experience of a data driven product/company

    • Software engineering culture

Experience

  • Proven track record as a developer for several years

  • At least one management experience that can be confirmed by a referral
