OUR NEED - WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR


We are looking for a Project Delivery Manager to join our agile, innovative Adtech startup. In this role, you will champion the efficient and successful delivery of our software projects. If you bring a mix of leadership, communication skills, and technical prowess along with a proven track record in high-quality agile software solutions, you'll fit right in.


YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Delivery Master: Supervise the successful and timely completion of software projects, always staying true to our agile principles and values.
  • Collaboration Catalyst: Work hand in hand with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and priorities.
  • Plan Executor: Develop and implement project plans that embrace iterative and incremental development cycles, ensuring on-time software project delivery.
  • Risk Mitigator: Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and adapt plans and approaches as necessary to keep projects on track.
  • Innovation Drive: Promote the adoption of cutting-edge software development methodologies, tools, and practices to boost productivity, quality, and delivery speed.
  • Quality Custodian: Ensure adherence to industry best practices and quality standards in software development, championing code integrity, maintainability, and scalability.
  • Stakeholder Ally: Collaborate closely with stakeholders, gathering their feedback and requirements to align business goals and software delivery objectives.
  • Tech Trendspotter: Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in adtech and software development, and weave relevant innovations into our software delivery processes.
  • Progress Reporter: Prepare and present project status reports, including progress updates, key metrics, and risk assessments, to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

KEY REQUIREMENTS

We are seeking a performance-driven, software delivery expert with a proven experience as a Software Delivery Manager or in a similar role within the software development industry, preferably in an agile and/or adtech environment. If you possess the following skills, join us and use your expertise in a vibrant, collaborative setting:

  • Strong technical background with expertise in agile software development methodologies and practices ;

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced startup environment. ;

  • Experience with Jira and Jira Structure, leveraging them for project management, tracking, and reporting.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. ;

  • Familiarity with Adtech concepts, tools, and technologies is highly desirable ;

  • Solid understanding of agile principles and values, and experience with frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban ;

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a keen attention to detail ;

  • Demonstrated adaptability, resilience, and ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly evolving startup environment

  • Fluent in French and English
