  • Drive sales and business development efforts in Korea to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand into Chinese and Japanese accounts, in line with company objectives and timeline.

  • Coordinate revenue operations in the region to ensure optimal client satisfaction and retention.

  • Build and nurture the Adikteev network in Korea, Japan, and China, fostering strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

  • Manage a high-performing team of professionals to support business growth and operational excellence.

  • Collaborate with the global marketing team to execute regional marketing initiatives, including events, and promotions.

  • Represent Adikteev at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate business leads.

  • Participate in the definition and management of regional budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets.


You will be a good fit to join the Revenue team at Adikteev if you have:

  • Proven experience (5 years) in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably within the Adtech industry.
  • Strong expertise in product marketing: a MUST for this position, coupled with a deep understanding of technology solutions and customer needs in the Adtech space.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Experience managing and inspiring cross-functional marketing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally. An excellent command of English (in speech and writing) is mandatory.
  • Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
