We are looking for a Corporate Development Analyst to join the Adikteev team ASAP to contribute to our company's continuous growth. Our Corporate Development team is a new department in charge of shaping the future growth of Adikteev with 3 core responsibilities: 

  • Market research

  • Internal growth (internal innovation/start-up studio)

  • External growth (M&A)


  • Market research: watch and monitor key market trends to feed strategic insights and key recommendations.

  • Identify & prospect companies around the globe to support the development of our M&A strategy, priorities and pipeline.

  • Assist deal-making and build investment memo with internal and external stakeholders

  • Provide support for collaboration, acquisition and other innovation projects

  • Continuously scan Adikteev’s competitive landscape to identify opportunities and map market changes and trends



  • At least 1-2 year of experience in consulting, VC, corporate development or investment banking.

  • Excellent business sense and proficient at leveraging analytics, data and insights to drive decision-making.

  • Attention to details, extremely rigorous and strong curiosity to test new concepts.

  • Strong communication and presentation (oral & written) skills to work with both external and internal stakeholders

  • Full efficiency in Excel / PPT / Google Slides

  • Strong interest in Gaming/Web3/Tech industry is a plus

  • Fluent in English, French is a plus.

  • Ability to work in the EU
