WHAT TEAM YOU’LL BE PART OF
You’ll join the CTV team, a cross-functional group of engineers and go-to-market specialists spanning sales, accounts, and campaigns based across our offices in Barcelona, Paris, San Francisco and Seoul, and remotely from France and China.
In short, the CTV team is responsible for building and operating Adikteev's Connected TV advertising offering, a new and fast-growing business line that extends Adikteev's expertise in mobile into the streaming and CTV ecosystem to run user acquisition campaigns.
This means developing the technical infrastructure that powers CTV campaigns, bringing new advertisers onto the platform and managing and optimizing live campaigns for clients.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
We are looking for a Campaign Manager for our high-growth CTV team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of day-to-day UA campaign operations, driving process improvements, and working closely with Account Management, Data, and Product and Tech teams to shape the future of CTV campaign execution.
Your responsibilities will include:
Campaign Management & Optimization
Own the end-to-end management of key CTV UA campaigns: from setup and pacing to daily optimizations;
Track and analyze key performance metrics (ROAS, CPI, Delivery %, etc.) and apply data-driven strategies to maximize performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with the Account Management team to align campaign performance with client objectives;
Partner with Tech, Solution Engineering, and Data teams to improve our product and campaign operations;
Engage in client communication as needed, especially for high-priority or complex accounts.
Automation & Process Optimization
Proactively identify bottlenecks and opportunities for automation within campaign management;
Develop small tools (or coordinate with internal teams) to streamline reporting, pacing, alerts, and other workflows;
Lead the documentation and rollout of scalable processes and standard operating procedures.
WHO YOU ARE
You will be a great addition to our CTV Campaign Management team if you:
Bring 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, or adtech, with proven hands-on campaign management skills.
Are autonomous, analytical, and proactive, able to lead by example while maintaining a strategic mindset.
Possess strong technical fluency with Excel or Google Sheets, and are comfortable working with data dashboards and KPIs. Bonus points if you have experience with SQL or Python.
Communicate clearly and effectively in English, both written and verbal.

COMPENSATION
Competitive Salary between 45 000€ and 55 000€ OTE
We are committed to transparent compensation practices. The salary range shown reflects total On-Target Earnings (OTE), including base salary and a performance-based Quarterly bonus with transparent KPIs. Final compensation will be tailored to each candidate’s background, experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
