WHAT TEAM YOU’LL BE PART OF

You'll join the Analytics (BI) team, a data-oriented team led by Pierre. This is one of the most cross-functional teams at Adikteev: you'll work hand-in-hand with Account Management, Campaign Management, and the Tech teams on a daily basis.

In short, the team is responsible for turning Adikteev's data into actionable insights, for both internal stakeholders and clients. This means producing incrementality analyses, user behaviour studies, benchmark reports, bid stream analyses, Tableau data extracts, and deep-dive performance analyses that directly influence account strategies and upsell decisions.

It's a team for analysts who are rigorous with data but also independent in how they use it. If you like switching between deep statistical work and concrete business impact, this is the right environment. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

We're looking for an Analytics Engineer intern to be the bridge between our data infrastructure and business stakeholders. Someone who thrives on solving problems, is eager to learn, and enjoys spotting patterns that can be automated away.

As part of our data team, you will:

• Support the team as a first point of contact for analytics needs: triaging requests, performing quick assessments and helping solve issues;

• Contribute to creating and maintaining dashboards and business reports that drive daily decision-making;

• Execute custom data extracts and perform exploratory analysis to answer business questions;

• Participate in monitoring data pipeline health and dashboard performance to proactively identify and flag issues;

• Partner with other teams to understand their analytical needs and help translate them into actionable insights;

• Present findings and recommendations to non-technical audiences.

WHO YOU ARE

You could be a great addition to our Analytics team if you:

• Are currently enrolled in a Master’s program (Business, Engineering, Economics, Data/Analytics, or related field); 

• Have a good command of SQL and are comfortable writing queries to explore and manipulate data;

• Have some familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar);

• Are curious, detail-oriented, and enjoy solving problems with data;

• Communicate clearly and can explain your findings to non-technical audiences;

• Are organized and able to manage several tasks at once.

And if you bring any of the following, that's even better:

• Basic experience with Python; 

• Exposure to AdTech or digital advertising;

• Basic knowledge of statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies. 

Please note that, for legal reasons, candidates are required to hold citizenship of a EU member country and/or maintain legal residency in France in order to be considered for this position.
