★ WHAT YOU WILL DO

We are looking for a Senior Analytics Researcher who can tackle our most complex analytical challenges and innovative features in order to shape Adikteev's strategic direction.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and executing analytical projects that address strategic business questions with measurable impact

• Applying advanced statistical methods to uncover insights from complex datasets

• Conducting A/B testing for product initiatives

• Creating decision frameworks and success metrics for key business initiatives

• Building proof-of-concept models and prototyping new analytical tools and features

• Partnering with leadership to translate business strategy into analytical roadmap

• Providing thought leadership on industry trends and emerging techniques in analytics and data science.

★ WHO YOU ARE

You will be a good fit to join our Analytics team at Adikteev if you :

• Possess expert knowledge of statistical methods and experimental design

• Demonstrate strong programming skills in Python

• Have a proven track record of independently driving complex projects from conception to business impact

• Show strategic thinking and can connect analytical work to business outcomes

• Excel at communicating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

And if you bring any of the following, that's even better:

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field

• Experience in AdTech
