WHAT TEAM YOU’LL BE PART OF

You'll join the Account Management team, operating under the leadership of Antoine, Chief Customer Officer, and coordinated by regional team leads. The team is present globally across EMEA, the US, and APAC, serving some of the world's top mobile app publishers. 

In short, Account Managers are the strategic partners of Adikteev's clients. You would own the relationship end-to-end: from onboarding a new client, to making sure their campaigns are live and hitting performance targets, to presenting QBRs and identifying growth opportunities.  Day-to-day, this means coordinating closely with the Campaign Management team on performance and optimizations and with Sales on account expansion.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

We are looking for an Account Manager to join the US Account Management team and contribute to our company’s continued growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure day-do-day communication and build long-term relationships with some of the top mobile apps, game developers and agencies in the US;

  • Strive to understand business models & focus areas of your clients and be their strategic partner to grow their mobile retargeting efforts;

  • Take full accountability for campaign success from onboarding to evergreen status and partner closely with Sales and Campaign management team;

  • Ensure ongoing monthly client budgets are maintained, fulfilled, and scaling;

  • Provide clients with reporting and high-quality presentation, successfully demonstrating the value of Adikteev’s services and offerings;

  • Be responsible for client business reviews, communicate campaign optimisations and escalate any internal issues and concerns raised by clients;

  • Work with Marketing to create value from the client in the form of case studies, product reviews, surveys.

WHO YOU ARE

You will be a good fit for the Account Management team at Adikteev if you have:

  • At least 2/3 years of experience in account management in the AdTech/gaming industry, ideally within the US market.

  • Mobile marketing expert - excellent understanding of mobile KPIs, strategy and industry trends and ability to explain complex concepts in simple & concise ways.

  • Customer-obsessed with high standards for yourself, demonstrating world-class service to clients daily.

  • Demonstrate good time and priority management to be able to be available for your clients as well as for your team.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where change is frequent.

  • High-degree of ownership.

  • Team player with high level of autonomy.

  • A native level in English.

OUR PROCESS

  • Call with Mélanie, Talent Acquisition Partner;

  • Team fit interview with Toya, US Account Management Team Lead, and Lauren, Senior Account Manager;

  • A case study to complete remotely and present to Ashmita, EMEA Account Management Team Lead, and Mohammad, Senior Account Manager;

  • Final interview with Antoine, Chief Customer Operations, and Benoit, CHRO & US Managing Director.
