Account Management Team Lead

WHO WE ARE

Adikteev is an AdTech company that helps mobile app publishers grow their revenue through targeted advertising. We deliver personalized ads that drive users to install an app or re-engage with one they've stopped using.

Our clients are mostly mobile gaming leaders but also span e-commerce, on-demand services, and entertainment apps. Recognized for 10+ years as one of the top mobile retargeting platforms, Adikteev now operates globally from Paris, San Francisco, Barcelona and Seoul and has grown to over 120 employees.

Beyond the business, Adikteev is consistently recognized as a great place to work. With an 22-nationality team, a 4.5-day work week, and a strong focus on inclusion, Adikteev is a place where people genuinely stay.

WHAT TEAM YOU’LL BE PART OF

You'll join the Account Management team, operating under the leadership of Antoine, Chief Customer Officer, and coordinated by regional team leads. The team is present globally across EMEA, the US, and APAC, serving some of the world's top mobile app publishers.

In short, Account Managers are the strategic partners of Adikteev's clients. You would own the relationship end-to-end: from onboarding a new client, to making sure their campaigns are live and hitting performance targets, to presenting QBRs and identifying growth opportunities.  Day-to-day, this means coordinating closely with the Campaign Management team on performance and optimizations and with Sales on account expansion.

This is a player-coach role: you will lead and grow the APAC AM team while also directly owning a portfolio of strategic clients.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Account Management Lead for APAC, you’ll help build and scale one of Adikteev’s highest-potential regions — shaping the team, the client relationships, and the operating model behind our APAC growth. Concretely, this means:

Own and grow a portfolio of strategic clients:

• Act as the region’s retargeting & user-acquisition expert and the trusted strategic advisor to your clients;

• Own a portfolio of key accounts end-to-end — from onboarding, to hitting performance targets, to QBRs and long-term growth planning;

• Identify and lead upsell and expansion opportunities, partnering with Sales on advanced deals;

• Turn account insights into clear, actionable feedback for our Product and BI teams;

• Set the standard for onboarding, delivery, and client engagement across the team, and share best practices on working with different app developers.

Build and lead the APAC Account Management team:

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of two account managers, with a mandate to scale the region over time;

• Own your team’s development, career growth, welfare, and retention;

• Be the strategic point of escalation for your team and their clients;

• Build and continuously refine the operational processes that allow APAC to scale;

• Recruit new account managers and build their training and ramp-up plan.

Partner across Adikteev to deliver for clients:

• Work hand-in-hand with the Campaign Management and BI teams to optimize performance and deliver excellent results;

• Partner with the Head of Sales to onboard and ramp prospects from the pipeline;

• Represent APAC’s voice with Product and other global stakeholders, and act as a consultant in advanced sales processes.
