Adikteev is looking for a sharp and driven Account Coordinator to join our Account Management team.

You will work primarily with Client Partners to ensure a high quality of service for our clients on a day-to-day basis.

This position will give you the opportunity to learn about all aspects of the company, from Account Management, Analytics to Creative.


  • Work closely with Client Partners to manage relationships with some of the top marketers in the world
  • Perform all aspects of campaign set-up and trafficking, including testing tracking links, checking campaign targeting criteria, and uploading creative
  • Test and QA creatives prior to launch, providing feedback to Creative Studio and AM teams on functionality and user experience
  • Work closely with our Creative Studio and AMs to gather creative assets from clients
  • Configure campaign targeting and assist in recapping details through proper channels
  • Master our data, and use it to provide insights and reporting for our external partners and internal teams, including Sales, Account Management, Creative Studio & Marketing
  • Closely monitor operational needs, providing suggestions to the management team for improving efficiency and accuracy
  • Invent and action upon campaign optimizations to ensure stellar campaign performance for our partners



  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field of study;
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in the field of campaign and account management in the media or digital industry, with a focus on performance, brand marketing, ad-tech, or programmatic in real-time bidding marketplaces, or a related field
  • Experience in campaign management, hands-on optimization and data analysis;
  • Familiarity with the ad-tech ecosystem, industry trends, strategies, and metrics, and DSP/ RTB technologies;
  • High digital and technical affinity and solid command of MS PowerPoint, Excel and G suite;
  • Sharp analytical skills and ability to provide valuable and actionable campaign insights;
  • You are a great team player but can also work independently on your own projects;
  • You are able to multitask while maintaining an acute attention to detail;
  • You are keen on building strong and lasting client relationships;
  • You have an ability to work efficiently and cross-functionally with other teams;
  • You are able to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment where change is frequent;
  • You have an eagerness to learn from peers and share information so that everyone
