Vice President of Marketing

★ WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Pilot and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, and excellence.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and executive teams to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives including new products launches.
• Utilize market research and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize marketing efforts for maximum impact and ROI.
• Support our brand positioning and make sure we drive brand awareness and thought leadership through targeted marketing activities (the Retention Club), positioning Adikteev as a leader in the Adtech industry and more particularly in User Retention business.

★ WHO YOU ARE

You will be a good fit to join the Marketing team at Adikteev if you have:

• Proven experience (5 years) in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably within the Adtech industry.
• Strong expertise in product marketing: a MUST for this position, coupled with a deep understanding of technology solutions and customer needs in the Adtech space.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
• Experience managing and inspiring cross-functional marketing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally. An excellent command of English (in speech and writing) is mandatory. 
• Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.

Please note that we have a strong preference for someone based in Paris for this position.
