Senior Sales Manager
Adikteev is an AdTech company focused on increasing digital brand & product awareness, and retargeting app users to convert them into customers. The foundation of our business is combination of three technologies: Creative technology, AI algorithms and mobile DSP. Our team of 130+ people is based in Paris, Berlin, NYC and San Francisco. 30% of us contribute to the R&D of the business. Aside from rapid growth, the company has been generating double-digit million-euro revenues. Adikteev is ranked 10th in Inc Magazine’s 5000 Europe — an annual list that identifies the top 5000 fastest growing private companies in Europe.
Adikteev is now looking for a talented Senior Sales Manager to join its international team in Paris.
- Prospect and close business with a targeted list of app advertisers
- Identify and qualify potential prospects in German, Asian or Russian market
- Develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a united vision when corresponding with clients
- Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Work closely with Client Services, Ad Operations, and Marketing, to ensure client campaign expectations are communicated internally
- Attend key industry events across Europe, Asia and Russia to represent Adikteev as the world’s leading app retargeting provider.
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the Advertising industry and come in with a rolodex of contacts.
- Tech-savvy and a good understanding of mobile ad tech ecosystem.
- Organized and methodical, with phenomenal communication skills and a consultative approach when addressing clients’ needs.
- Deep relationships with contacts at top-tier app advertisers

- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
