Job description

Adikteev is an AdTech company focused on increasing digital brand & product awareness, and retargeting app users to convert them into customers. The foundation of our business is combination of three technologies: Creative technology, AI algorithms and mobile DSP. Our team of 110+ people is based in Paris, Berlin, NYC and San Francisco. 30% of us contribute to the R&D of the business. Aside from rapid growth, the company has been generating double-digit million-euro revenues. Adikteev is ranked 10th in Inc Magazine’s 5000 Europe — an annual list that identifies the top 5000 fastest growing private companies in Europe.


Adikteev is now looking for a talented Sales Manager to join its international team in Paris. 


Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and close business with a targeted list of agency and advertiser accounts
  • Develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a united vision when corresponding with clients
  • Represent Adikteev in the online marketplace and become an active Brand Advocate
  • Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Work closely with Client Services, Ad Operations, and Sales, to ensure client campaign expectations are communicated internally
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction to generate renewals and increase incremental revenue

Requirements

  • Prior digital media account management experience is required, ideally within mobile or programmatic
  • Previous technology platform experience a huge plus
  • Deep relationships with contacts at top-tier agencies and advertisers
  • Understanding of the digital marketplace
  • Desire to work in a changing, fast-paced start up
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Driven, passionate, and an ultimate team player
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
