We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Schools Relations Intern for a period of 6 months. Our internships expose you to the technology industry, as well as provide opportunities for personal and professional development. Integrated in the Recruitment team, you will work on the following missions:

  • Talent recruitment in collaboration with managers from different departments (IT, Sales, Operations, Marketing, support functions…), you will be in charge of the whole recruitment process (job boards, shortlisting, offering applications, participation to interviews…)
  • Management of applications data basis, reporting, administrative follow-up and onboarding process
  • Organization of the Adikteev worldwide talent pools (newsletters...)
  • Involvement in the development of employer brand and partnerships with schools and universities
  • Taking part to recruitment events and meetings 



  • 4th or 5th year student (Business School/University) looking for a final-year internship, ideally specialized in Human Resources
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • High organizational skills and great attention to details
  • Fluent in English is necessary
  • First experience in Recruitment is a plus
  • Advanced MS Office level, especially Excel and PowerPoint
