As part of the Adikteev Paris Corporate team, the Human Resources Business Partner will offer unrivalled HR support & guidance to the wider business, as well as implement an effective talent management offering to drive both positive external talent acquisition as well as successful internal performance & succession planning. The department consists of the Human Resources Business Partner, the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Office & HR Manager for Paris, the Office & HR Manager for Berlin and the Office & HR Manager for San Francisco. This role works closely with the executive management team and all department heads advising, coaching and managing on all HR issues to ensure that changes to employment legislation is adhered to and best practice in maintained.

 

Adikteev operates across 4 sites (Paris, Berlin, New-York, San Francisco) with a team of circa 90 staff.


RESPONSIBILITIES


HR Strategy and Consulting   

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall strategy
  • Partner with key, VPs & Directors within the business, as well as the Comex, implementing a suitable HR / People strategy, that is aligned to overall business goals & objectives
  • Advisor to the management team
  • Report to the Executive Team by providing decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure full legal compliance on HR issues
  • Supporting managers to develop tools that engage employees to understand the wider business and the part they play in achieving company objectives.
  • Providing guidance and support to all staff and line managers regarding policy, legal issues performance management, annual performance reviews and employee development plans


Talent Engagement

  • Oversee and manage a performance management and appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Drive high performance internally creating an engaged culture that rewards success
  • Support current and future needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Promote our values, acting in line with our ethos, in interactions with our most valuable resource - people
  • Supporting dept heads with recruitment process
  • Maintain pay plans and benefits programs
  • Assess training needs, develop training and monitor training programs
  • Ensuring HR operations are managed to a high standard & HR function constantly drives profitability, recruiting & retaining the best talent in the industry


Comp & Ben

  • Advising on remuneration and benefits
  • Line manage the Payroll Manager, ensuring deadlines are met, and the payroll function is compliant with regulations
  • Working closely with Regional and Global HR teams and managing rollout/completion of initiatives/projects as required

Requirements

8+ years of HR experience
