Description

Integrated in the HR team, you will work on the following missions:

• Manage personnel admin (write contracts, manage health insurance, medical service)
• Support internal communication and events
• Participate to onboarding's process
• Lead monthly HR newsletter
• Participate in global HR projects
• Administration of HR management systems, handling daily HR transactions, reports and projects in order to provide direct support to the business

Qualifications

• 4th or 5th year student (Business School/University) looking for a final-year internship, ideally specialized in Human Resources
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• High organizational skills and great attention to details
• Fluent in English is necessary
• Advanced MS Office level, especially Excel and PowerPoint
