★ WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Sophisticate machine learning features embedded in our predictive segmentation and
real-time bidding platform in order to reach automatically campaign goals (performance
and scale)
● Watch machine learning features performance KPIs and prioritize relevant actions to
maintain them at a high level
● Drive and deliver R&D initiatives planned in the company strategy and regularly report
progress to company management
● Communicate internally and externally on behalf of Adikteev Data Science team, train
customer-facing teams about performance automation features of the product and
attend meetings with key clients to share technical knowledge
● Grow an expertise about the mobile game marketing business and contribute to the
definition of the company roadmap in collaboration with company management
● Hire, manage and coach members of the Data Science team

★ WHO YOU ARE

You will be a good fit to join the team if you have :

• Masters degree, PhD, or equivalent self-education, preferably in Mathematics or
  Engineering
• 8+ years of experience working in teams using data science to power a core company
  product or service
• Good organization and planning skills
• Technical knowledge - Deep knowledge of statistics and machine learning, deep
  knowledge of data engineering is a plus
• Ability to develop people - Coaches people in their current roles to improve
  performance, and prepares them for future roles
• Knowledge of adtech or martech is a plus
