Adikteev is looking for a talented Account Strategy Team Lead to lead New York's account management growth. Your role as a key member of the team is ensuring operational excellence by delivering and analyzing campaigns for our clients in different verticals (shopping, travel, food, gaming, etc.), but also starting a world-class team to establish Adikteev as the leader of mobile advertising in the United States. This is an opportunity for a standout individual and experienced professional to co-author the future rules of the mobile advertising industry.

This includes the following responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the US account management team 

- Organise and structure the team 

- Support the team with training and help team members grow 

- Ensure the quality and consistency of delivery produced by the team

  • Be responsible for all running campaigns: KPIs achievement and clients’ satisfaction

- Advise the sales team on the optimal campaign setup and validate campaigns pre-launch 

- Main point of contact with clients and discussing planning, launching, optimising, troubleshooting and analysing campaigns while proactively assisting the team with campaign performance enhancements 

- Work with the BI team to implement reporting and KPIs to monitor running campaigns 

- Create long lasting relationships with clients, manage client expectations at all levels, grow accounts and upsell our products 

- Provide detailed and data-backed feedback and QBR on campaign performance to sales team and our clients

  • Define, analyse and constantly optimise the strategic positioning of the products together with product and management

- Collect clients’ feedback and communicate to our product team and management

- Proactively suggest product improvement and features to optimize campaigns 

- Support the product and marketing teams with KPIs and insights from clients 


Core competencies:

  • Successfully completed your business studies with a strong analytical focus (e.g. statistics, finance, IT)
  • At least 4 years of experience in the media, digital or advertising industry
  • Knowledge in the field of DSP/RTB-technologies
  • First leadership experience and the required skillsets to manage and motivate a team
  • Proven track record of constantly meeting and exceeding targets
  • Excellent understanding of campaign performance drivers, algorithms and data structures, you like analyzing large data sets and have a high affinity for statistics
  • Strong business acumen and very good command of Excel/ PPT

  • Dynamic and passionate about startup and mobile marketing/ app industry
  • Self-starter with a positive can-do approach and experienced in working reactively and autonomously
  • Very strong communication skills with external and internal stakeholders
  • Data-driven, result-oriented team player
  • Perfect English skills (native or near native speaker level) (French or German is a plus)
