As the Growth Hacker, you are responsible for developing, testing and executing marketing growth programs that drive brand, product and business objectives.

You will collaborate with the marketing team and will report directly to the CMO.

Requirements

  • Build and oversee the marketing acquisition funnel
  • Manage marketing automation systems (Hubspot)
  • Maintain and update an accurate log of activity in the CRM system (SalesForce)
  • Lead all marketing campaigns and insure they are delivered on time and within budget
  • Find new approaches to ensure messages are resonating with potential customers
  • Conduct A/B testing and optimize marketing tactics for lead acquisition (e.g. online advertising, direct mail, …) and conversion rate optimization
  • Evaluating Adikteev’s website traffic and other data to understand customer engagement and conversion rates
  • Conduct SEO/SEA strategy
  • Keep abreast with the latest trends and changes in digital marketing


Qualifications

  • Previous working experience as a Growth Hacker, Lead Generation Manager or similar role
  • Result-oriented person with good communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the marketing acquisition funnel
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation (Hubspot)
  • Proven experience of running global marketing campaigns
  • Good knowledge of SEO/SEA best practices
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics and A/B testing methods
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
