Job description

Adikteev is a trusted app retargeting solution with its parent company in Europe (Paris & Berlin). Adikteev works with leading US & international apps to increase revenue, in-app usage, lifetime value and retention. Success KPIs are of not simply ROAS but more specifically, incremental measurement through uplift tests (control/target group). The foundation of these lines of business is the combination of Adikteev’s three technologies: Creative technology, machine learning algorithms and mobile DSP.

Adikteev currently has over 125 employees, 30% of them contribute to the R&D of the company.  Aside from growing rapidly, the company has been generating double-digit million-dollar revenues. Adikteev is based in New York City, San Francisco (USA), Paris (France), Berlin (Germany).

 

As Adikteev’s Chief Marketing Officer you will shape and drive our overarching international marketing strategy. You will be the strategic leader and developmental coach for a high-performing, multicultural Marketing team and sparring partner for the executive board for all marketing related topics. On our way to becoming Europe's market leader in retargeting you will lead Adikteev’s marketing and manage a budget to serve our European and American markets. Are you ready for that challenge?


RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Marketing vision: Building THE market leader

  • Establish an overall long-term marketing strategy for all national and international markets
  • “Listen” to the trends of the market to ensure company competitivity on its targeted market(s)
  • Liaise with other departments (and especially operations and product departments) to guide a unified approach to customer service, clients’ reporting (…) that meets market demands
  • Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (branding, communications…), and ensure they project the company’s unique “voice”
  • Build and manage a highly efficient team of marketing professionals while respecting the company recruitment guidelines
  • Create a solid network of strategic partnerships with other industry leaders to re-enforce the company positioning
  • Be transparent and advise other C-levels on Marketing strategies in order to align the business’s efforts
  • Attend numerous industry events and conferences in EMEA in order to make Adikteev a gold standard in the industry
  • Stay up to date with the latest best practices of the industry
  • Develop a concrete and feasible yearly marketing plan and oversee its day-to-day implementation to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives
  • Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press…)
  • Design, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns regarding clients acquisition or retention
  • Negotiate compensation and project details for outside contractors related to marketing and promotion
  • Collaborate with the financial department to determine the Marketing department’s budget as well as appropriate internal budgetary allocations
  • Determine KPIs for marketing department and for your team
  • Track and review Marketing actions’ results towards business KPIs in order to determine the effectiveness of Marketing initiatives
  • Articulate the results of the analyses in reports, presentations, and recommendations to key stakeholders

 

Plan and implement: Sustain a high company growth

  • Develop a concrete and feasible yearly marketing plan and oversee its day-to-day implementation to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

10+ years experience in advertising technology or technology 2+ years of which included people management

International marketing experience in setting up and scaling new countries

Strong communication skills, with the ability to converse with internal departments, as well as with clients

Eagerness to work in a start-up team environment that will be rapidly changing

Willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done

Education is irrelevant, as long as you’re driven to win!
