★ WHAT YOU WILL DO

● Strategic Finance: Supervise the development and execution of financial

strategies to maximize value creation through a variety of tools, including

(re)financing of existing debt, exploring dilutive and non-dilutive financing

options, and leveraging financial engineering as a strong value creation lever.

● M&A and Financing: Lead M&A activities from both buyer and seller

perspectives, manage due diligence through integration, and maintain

relationships with financial institutions for optimal debt structuring.

● Financial Reporting: Guarantee timely and accurate financial reporting

(monthly, quarterly, annually); oversee external audits and enhance reporting

processes for efficiency and precision.

● Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow forecasting and management;

optimize cash collections to maintain excellence in cash management

standards.

● Financial Modeling and Analysis: Develop sophisticated financial models to

support decision-making, simulate scenarios, and guide business strategy.

● Leadership: Build and lead a finance team capable of high performance; set

high standards and promote professional development.

● Business Acumen: Actively contribute to the executive committee by

supporting other departments with ad-hoc studies and advice on various

business topics, and participate actively in business discussions.

★ WHO YOU ARE

You will be a good fit to join the Finance team at Adikteev if you have:

• A very strong understanding of corporate finance,
• Excellent financial modelling skills (experience in building operating - models, LBO models, cashflow modelling),
• Excellent presentation skills (building decks, storytelling...),
• Project management skills (auditors, lawyers...)
• An excellent command of English and French
